一、个人情况简介

李晓光、教授、博士生导师。1984年毕业于白求恩医科大学,1991-1994年,在日本京都大学再生医学科学研究所留学,从事应用材料和工程等方法修复神经系统损伤的研究。开发了用于修复周围神经损伤的人工神经材料等,并在日本《人工脏器》等杂志发表文章。回国后,一直从事应用组织工程学方法修复神经系统损伤的应用研究和机理研究。主攻方向是脊髓损伤的修复、脑损伤的修复和周围神经损伤的修复。

 

课题组在中枢神经组织工程研究方面取得了重要进展。研制的用于修复脊髓损伤的脊髓重建管获得了国家食品药品监督管理局(SFDA)临床试验研究的批准,这是我国同类项目第一个获得国家批准的临床试验项目。

 

课题组主研方向包括:(1)神经发生及分子机制;(2)应用于中枢神经修复的生物材料支架的改良与优化;(3)应用先进的磁共振成像方法对中枢神经系统(脊髓和脑)损伤及修复进行影像学评估及量化;(4)应用运动捕捉系统进行非人灵长类动物脊髓损伤及修复后的运动学测量及评价,脊髓损伤病人术后康复方案设计及康复评价;(5)应用生物支架材料修复中枢神经损伤的内在机理研究。

 

研究特色: 1、用自主研制的生物活性材料,通过改善人体神经组织损伤局部的微环境,诱导自身内源性干细胞的增殖和分化而修复中枢神经系统损伤;2、采用多种方法综合评价截瘫动物行为恢复情况;引入了康复训练的内容;3、以临床应用为目的,以临床疾病为中心设置课题;4、医工结合,多学科交叉。研究结果与国际同类研究相比居于前沿水平。

 

李晓光教授是国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家科技支撑计划和国家国际科技合作专项等国家重大项目的课题负责人。近年来共培养研究生20名,其中一名博士获2011年北京市优秀博士学位论文及2012年全国优秀博士学位论文。

 

近年来,课题组在应用生物活性载体诱导内源性神经干细胞修复脊髓/脑损伤方面取得了突破性的进展。课题组已经申请和授权多项发明专利,并在相关国际专业性等国际一流杂志《美国国家科学院院刊》(PNAS)、《Biomaterials》等发表了多篇论文,并在《Science》专刊发表论文。代表论文见下:
